FAQ
What is frame interpolation?
AI (the RIFE model) generates new frames between neighboring ones, raising the frame rate 2–4× while the length stays the same, so motion looks smoother. Good for low-frame-rate screen or game recordings, animation, or footage you want to slow down.
Which setting should I pick?
For smoother motion, pick 2× (30 fps to 60 fps). For slow motion, pick 4× and slow it down in your editor. Some players and platforms can't play very high frame rates or will drop frames.
What are the limits?
Width and height up to 4000 pixels, and videos up to 5 minutes for now. Fast motion and heavy occlusion can cause local warping in the generated frames.
Is the audio affected?
No. The original audio is kept and the length stays the same.
Does it cost credits?
Billed by video length at 10 credits per minute, prorated and rounded up to a whole credit (at least 1); a 10-second video costs 2 credits. Live prices and full rules are in Pricing on this page. You need to sign in; failed runs are refunded.
